What does an AMC include?

Will you service equipment that Electrovion did not supply?
Yes. We have rich experience servicing UPS across brands, so a mixed estate does not need mixed vendors to keep it maintained. We can quote AMC across the whole estate regardless of who supplied each unit.
Can you attend a breakdown if we are not under AMC with you?
Yes, on a chargeable basis. We run our own in-house repairing centre and take on repairing, breakdown attendance, load studies, rental, upgrades to an existing UPS, consultation, and dismantling, shifting and installation.
Which parts of India do you cover?
We supply products and deliver services on a PAN India basis, with 24/7 after-sales support. Our registered office is in Kolkata, West Bengal.
